I see that there has been no forum for skiers in the area to meet, other than the formal ski clubs (one of which I belong to). Clubs are great, but the web is more open and real time, and email is a better medium to keep everyone informed.

For those of you who love to ski, this is a chance to meet others with the same interests.
The goal of the group is to ski in PA and elsewhere this season. Blue Mountain is where I ski, and I will plan most of our meetings there. I prefer the west or the alps, but let's face it we live here in PA: If you ski the east, you can ski anything but pow. Blue is still privately owned and still has that feel.

I would like to meet people in Blue Mt. during the weekdays after the season opens (soon!!). Prior to the season opening, there are a few nice meeting places in the area and I will be looking for ideas from the membership.
