We are a Water Skiing, Wake boarding and Knee boarding social group on the Schuylkill River, bounded upstream by the Valley Forge National Historical Park and downstream by the Norristown Dam since 1954. I grew up on a lake and now live in Philly. I miss being able to go skiing/wakeboarding/kneeboarding when I had free time. I am starting this group due to the fact one like it doesn’t seem to exist. There are plenty of hiking groups I have found in Philadelphia area, they all seem to fall into one of two groups. First kind of “hiking” group is for the slightly older crowd, mostly people in their 40s and 50s to take a leisurely hike around an arboretum. This would be perfect if I was 15 years older.
